We are the Parent-Teacher-Student Organization (PTSO) for the School of Arts & Sciences at the Centre.  We are responsible for fundraising efforts that support programs, enrichment, teacher support, and community events for our school!  Our website is your go-to source for all things PTSO!  

 

 

How do I order lunches, event tickets, and spirit wear?

You don’t have to become a PTSO member, but you must register for a FREE account on the PTSO website!

Returning?  It's a new school year, so you need to update your family information:

  • Log into www.sascwings.org
  • You may be promoted to update your information.
  • If not, follow these steps or click the below link! 
    • Go to “Forms” > “Family Information” 
    • Update your scholar’s teachers at the “Student Information” step

 

IMPORTANT: Make sure you update your scholar's teachers for this year, or else we won't know where to deliver lunches, tickets, and spirit wear! Also, you will not receive messages from the Room Parents for your scholar's class.

Where do I find all of the PTSO forms I need?

 

All of the forms you need throughout the year are on our Forms Page!  From the Forms Page, you can order spirit wear, join Nature Club, sign up to volunteer as a Room Parent, sign up for committees and to volunteer, and more!

PTSO Lunch Program

We offer Legacy Spirit Wear each year! Legacy Spirit Wear has the same SASC Phoenix designs each year, but with a few new colors!

 

New this year: Zero G Tie-Dye (front logo design), Lavender (front logo design), and Fruit Punch (pocket logo sized design).

Teacher Meeting Snacks

We love our teachers and staff! One of the ways we show appreciation is by supplying Teacher Meeting Snacks for the teachers and staff when they stay late for staff meetings. Keep an eye out for when it's your class's turn to provide Teacher Meeting Snacks!

Elementary Fall Dance!

5, 4, 3, 2, 1, K — We had lift-off! DJ Dance from Revolutionary Expressions spun out-of-this-world tunes! Thank you to everyone who came to the Fall Dance and boogied! Our Elementary Fall Dance raised money to pay for buses for Field Day in the Spring. A huge thanks to our AMAZING Fall Dance Committee and Volunteers!!

7th Annual Phun Run!

  • The Phoenix Phun Run is our fall fundraiser. Families raise money through donations for the students, and then we all have fun participating and connecting as a school family in the Phun Run!
  • Last year, we raised funds for special area and electives programs, and we were able to purchase a pottery kiln for Art, speakers for Drama, and more!
  • This year, our goal was to raise $6,000 to offset the cost of purchasing and installing a water fountain / bottle filling station for the elementary school!  This will allow students to refill their water bottles during the school day with cool and refreshing filtered water. 
  • We reached our goal - THANK YOU!!!

What is a Share Night or Share Event? A Share Night or Event is a fundraising event organized by a non-profit and hosted by a local vendor. During these events, vendors donate a percentage of their sales to the non-profit based on purchases made by customers who mention the organization or during the specified event time.

We aim to offer a variety of Share Nights and Events throughout the year, featuring fast food restaurants, sit-down restaurants, and unique experiences like Skate World.

We enjoyed seeing everyone at the Back to School Playdate!
