Our Elementary Fall Dance raises money to sponsor buses for Field Day in the Spring.
Our goal this year is $2,500!

🍭 Event Details 🍭

🍭 General Info

• Tickets: Students must have a ticket to enter. Parents/guardians do not need to purchase tickets.
• Eligibility: This dance is exclusively for SASC Students Grades K-5.
• Supervision: A parent/guardian must remain with their child for the duration of the dance. Children must be accompanied to the restroom.

🍭 After-School Pick-Up

• Regular Dismissal: Students must be picked up at regular dismissal and taken to the dance by a parent or guardian when the dance begins.
• EDP Policy: Students will not be released from EDP to attend the dance. Students must be picked up from EDP and taken to the dance by a parent or guardian.

🍭 Additional Information

• Costumes: Attendees are permitted to wear costumes.
• Quiet Space: A quiet area will be provided downstairs for anyone needing a break from the excitement.
• Snacks and Water: Snacks and drinks are available for pre-order with the ticket purchase.  A limited quantity will be available for purchase at the dance (while supplies last).
• All food must be eaten downstairs. We will provide tables. 

🍕 Pizza Slices - MAAD GOAT PIZZA - SHARE NIGHT!

• MAAD GOAT Pizza will donate 20% of their sales while the dance is rockin'! 
• Pre-order your slices for one of two availability times, listed on the form
• Slices will be also available for purchase at the dance, while supplies last
• Gluten-free options are available.  NOTE:  GF items prepared are not Celiac-safe guaranteed
• Dairy-free cheese is available.  NOTE:  DF cheese is made with cashews and should not be consumed by people with nut allergies.
• All slices must be picked up by 7:30 p.m.

🍭 Purchasing Tickets 🍭

• Sign the Commitment: Please review and commit to the student and parent/guardian expectations below.
• Dance time slots:
• Early: 3:30-5:15 pm
• Late: 5:30-7:15 pm
• Full Dance: Both time slots (will need to exit between time slots to allow for set-up and preparations)
• Ticket pricing: 
  • In order to receive the PTSO member pricing discount, only one parent or guardian needs to be a PTSO member. Memberships can be purchased here.
  • Pre-order tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, October 27 at 11:59 pm. 

🍭 Volunteers Needed! 🍭

We cannot do this event without your help! Parents/Guardians are required to be on-site while their child participates in the dance. So, consider volunteering!
