 Make your own button: Each kid who comes to Carnival will get to make their own free button (one button per kid, while supplies last). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY!

Information:

  • No tickets are necessary to simply enter the Carnival or for children to play in the traditional-style Bounce House.
  • Children who are not yet school-aged can play Carnival Games without the purchase of Game Tickets.  However, if they wish to participate in any "Add-On" Activities, they will need a ticket for that activity.
  • Adults only need to purchase Game Tickets or tickets for "Add-On" Activities if they wish to participate directly in any of these.
  • For the "Add-On" Activities with Safekeepers (Dunk Tank and Safekeeper Relay), the Safekeeper schedule for each activity will be posted separately, so that anyone with a ticket can choose a time slot based on the Safekeeper with which they want to participate.
  • PTSO Members get a discount on Pre-Order Carnival Game PLUS Tickets (discount applies to pre-orders only)!

This ticket includes any four (mix and match) of the "Add-On" Activities, such as:

  • 2 Runs through the 60-foot Obstacle Course Bounce House*
  • Bungee Run Bounce House*
  • "Batter Up" Inflatable Baseball Batter Practice*
  • Dunk Tank
  • Relay with a Safekeeper

* Note: In the event one of these "Add-On" Activities (other than dunk tank and relay) is unavailable from the vendor, we will provide a comparable activity.

Silent Auction

 

Classrooms are creating awesome pieces of original collaborative art! Silent auction opens at Carnival. View these and other art pieces in person at Carnival and start bidding! The silent auction will be open online from 10am at Carnival until April 17.

Raffle Tickets

 

Amazing items and gift cards have been donated by businesses and school families! The raffle is open at Carnival from 10am - 1:30 pm! Raffle tickets will be for sale on site at the raffle tent!

  • Visit the Raffle tent at Carnival to view all the prizes!
  • Pre-ordered tickets will be ready for pickup at Carnival.  There will be no pre-delivery or online entry.
  • Raffle prizes are organized into $1, $5, and $10 categories, and raffle tickets are sold in corresponding $1, $5, and $10 values.
  • Enter the Raffle by writing your name and contact information on ticket(s) and placing the ticket(s) into the basket for the prize(s) you want.  You may only use ticket values that correspond with the prize category (i.e. $1 tickets for $1 prize category).
  • Entry baskets will be open from 10am to 1:30pm.
  • Winners will be selected and announced starting at 1:30pm!  You do not need to be present when your name is called in order to win.

The Raffle is being conducted by WINGS PTSO, Inc., 2415 North Monroe Street, Suite 2700, Tallahassee, Florida 32303.  Many of the raffle prizes have been generously donated by businesses and school families. The donor will be identified on the sign accompanying the raffle prize. The remaining raffle prizes are purchased for Spring Carnival from the WINGS PTSO budget. Winners will be selected by random draw for each item beginning at 1:30 p.m. on the Carnival date and at the Carnival location outlined above, until each of the raffle prizes have been awarded.  You do not need to be present to win.  If you are not present when your name is drawn, your prize will be delivered to the school for pickup or you will be contacted to make other arrangements.  However, you must have written your name and/or contact information on the ticket so that we can contact you.  There is no purchase or contribution necessary to participate. However, the purchase of the tickets are donations to a good cause! If you wish to receive a raffle ticket without purchasing it, send your request to sascwings@gmail.com.  A separate email must be submitted for each raffle ticket requested.  Requested tickets will be available for pickup at the Carnival.
